Writing Content
Most work in Inkwell will take place within the content section. Click on the appropriate chapter or section from the side list of chapters to open and work on it.
Note: In the remainder of this chapter will refer to chapters, but the term “sections” found within articles is interchangeable.

The middle section of the screen is an editable area in which you can write your content. It works similarly to other familiar programs like Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Just start writing! The right-hand section of the screen shows a PDF preview of the current page of your document.
Under the PDF preview is the word count of the current chapter and the Flesh-Kincade Grade level, which gives an estimate of the reading level of the current chapter.
On the left side, there are two icons: Local Settings and Project Settings
. Local Settings allow the user to adjust the individual settings of whatever is currently selected in the editor. The available settings will change according to what is selected. Project Settings allows the configuration of project-wide settings.
At the top of the screen, there are Undo: and Redo:
buttons. These allow undoing and the redoing the most recent change.
